Using Chumble

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Chumble’s website, app and food-delivery services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Our role

Chumble connects customers with independent restaurants, food vendors and delivery partners. Food is prepared and supplied by the restaurant or vendor. Delivery may be performed by an independent delivery partner. Availability, menus, prices and delivery times may change.

Accounts and orders

You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, delivery and payment information and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is accepted, it may not be possible to cancel or change it because preparation may have started.

Prices, payments and refunds

Prices, delivery fees, service fees and applicable taxes will be shown before you place an order. Payments must be authorised using an available payment method. If there is an issue with an order, contact us promptly with your order details. Refunds or credits, where appropriate, are assessed case by case in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery

You must provide a safe, accessible and accurate delivery location and be available to receive the order. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time and other factors outside our control. If delivery cannot be completed because of inaccurate details or unavailability, additional charges may apply where permitted.

Food, allergies and safety

Restaurants and vendors are responsible for food preparation and ingredient information. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, contact the restaurant directly before ordering and do not rely solely on menu descriptions. Please inspect your order on arrival and follow safe food-storage and handling practices.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, submit fraudulent orders, use another person’s account without permission, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or end access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

Liability

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Chumble is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ghana, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
